1)Log in to Mod admin
2)Click on Documents
3)Click on New Doc Req with approver
4)Approver Reject the Doc
5)Log in as requester
6)Click on Documents
7)Click on action and Resubmit rejected req or Administrator action and Resubmit rejected req

Description

When we are doing the resubmit rejected request process ,attachment field was missing.
