Steps To Reproduce:

1. Add multi language texts in Charter page
2. Send for Approval process
3. Login as Approver and go to Action page
4. Open the PDF which includes the details of charter page
5. View the language other than English showing as box type characters instead of what we added in charter page

Description

Add multi language text in Charter page and when approver open from his action page, other language characters showing different way. But when approved and folder created in DocPro, it showing correctly while opening from inside folder.
