Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to ewqims
2.Go to Doc Pro
3.Click on routes
4.Enter the details
5.Check all approvals reqd check box
6.Add 2 users in 1st round
7.It displays 3 in Minimum number of approvals reqd text box
8.Click save
9.Alert message is displayed to add 3 users
Minimum number of approvals reqd is incremented by "one" when adding users
