Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login as auditor
2) Click on Upload NC
3) in Attach evidence area attach an attachment with special character
4) Click on view to view the attachment
5) Observe

Description
In Upload NC screen when attached the attachment which contains special character in name when tried to view the same is displaying server error
