1. Auditor/Auditee availability confirmation for adhoc or random audits
2. send appointment email
3. requesting approvers to approve lpa audit document
4. requesting approvers to approve Audit report
5. Audit completed with corrective actions identified
6. requesting approvers to auditee response document Etc ....flow related emails are not generated in BM
