closedSingle Page TOC --> 'Add to fav process' and 'Add to My Download List' functionality is not working.(Missed by QA, but when we are verifying multiple system/user, some system works fine and some do not)

Steps To Reproduce:
Add to My download list:
1)Log in As Mod Admin
2)Click on 'Documents'--> Documents
3)Click on Level
4)Click on 'Single Page TOC' in on screen
5)Check the documents(should have full access)
6)Click on 'Add to my download list'
Add to Fav:
1)Log in As Mod Admin
2)Click on 'Documents'--> Documents
3)Click on Level
4)Click on 'Single Page TOC' in on screen
5)Check the documents
6)Click on 'Add to Fav ' button

Description
1)Add to My download list: In single page TOC, After check the documents(which have full access) and clicking on 'Add to my download list' button, It should be add in 'Show Document Download List'.
2)Add to fav process: In single page TOC, After check the documents and clicking on 'Add to fav' button, It should be add in 'Favorites'.
