Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator.
2.Click on the PI.
3.select the FTA
4.Select the safety goal and design failure.
5.Right click on PI name.
6.Click on Flow down option.
7.select the element and corresponding function ,requirement and failure.
