Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Actions Tab and Goto Control Plan Menu
5.Click on Add Button and Create a Operation
6.Now Select the Created Operation and Click on Edit Button
7.Observe the Results in "Operation Name" Field

Observation: By Editing the Saved Operations and Viewing in "Operation Name" Field "<A id=OperationName onclick="callProgressBar(6,'a',3388, '1079, 3388','Characteristics')" href="javascript:void(0);">a</A>" this Code was Displaying
