Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into HR Pro.
2. Go to Competency page.
3. Click on Job requirements menu.
4. Select a Position.
5. Click on add.
6. Enter one skil and enter comma, and give space and enter skill name.
7. Click on save and observe.

Description

in Job requirements page, Adding multiple job requirements using comma is not shown in sorted order.

Eg: Enter Like "B.E, MCA"

2. Also need to increase the character length in Add, because cant able to enter data more than 30 /character which is not feasible. And in procedure field if added from master list data, Trained or Awarded icon is missing.
