Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as auditor
2. Click on Upload audit record
3. Upload Automatic Findings
4. Expand the LHS drop down and Specify Failure category
5. Submit the form
6. Retrieve the same form
7. Right click on Upload NC area and Observe the category drop down

Currently we don't have option for Failure Category in filling checklist mapped with Nc/OFI screen..
In filling Checklist screen - we are capturing Failure category and reason against each checkpoint even though Findings or not.
In upload NC screen - It is for Repeat NC (Customer change).
