Steps To Reproduce:

1. login to as APQP Admin
2.Select a project
3. Add resource from the resource dropdown
4. Clcik on other task in resource column
5. previously selected resource got added for the other task too

Description

On Clicking any task after adding a resource from the dropdown the same resource got added for the clicked task, getting removed on refresh
