Functional/Failure Analysis - If a Work element Function is added already, cannot add 4M in Diagrammatic view

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Process VDA menu

3.Select Functional/Failure Analysis menu

4.Right click on Operation on the LHS side and Select Create and Map option

5.Now click on Work element Function

6.Add any Work element Function against an existing Characteristics

7.Now Select a FourM and Drop it in the Work Element Function or Characteristics blocks

8.Observe the behavior
