Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Mobile app as auditor
2. Pick the respective audit
3. Download audit form
4. Click on Records
5. fill the checklist
6. attach attachment for Checkpoints
7. Click on Save and Sync to server
8. enter second password and save
9. Observe the alert
