Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor on web
2. Click on perform audit
3. Upload audit record
4. Click on assign checklist button
5. Add some of the additional checklist
-------------------------------------------
1. Login to Mobile app as auditor
2. Pick the respective audit
3. Download audit form
4. Click on Records
5. Observe the newly added checklist are not reflecting on mobile
