Folder integration within a site->Once a folder with some documents is folder integrated within a site and if new document is added to the source document, it is not listed in the TOC but listed in Document management

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Docpro moduleadmin
2. Create a new document in a folder for ex: Doc integrate B
3. Right click on a level DOc Integrate A and select a folder within the site for eg: DOc Integrate B folder as Source folder.
4. Folder integrate within site and save it
5.Now create a new document in the Source folder ie, Doc integrate B

Issue: The new document created in the source folder of integration is not listed in the TOC but it is listd in the Document management
