Description

After Applying latest fixes ->< The final approver sign is not getting displayed in audit report and published audit report

Refer audit #: 2021-OCT-QMS-C-IA-1-102

Entity-> Corporate->QMS->Quality Management - GQ->QM Analysis - GQM->Product Safety - GQM-Y

This audit has approved by approver01 first , latest approved by approver 02. But approver01 sign is displayed in audit report
