Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Failure Tree
6. Right Click on Topic Element
7. Observe the Context Menu Include Functions/Requirements
8. Right Click on Production item Name in top of the screen
9. Observe the Context menu
