Multisite & Corporate Site ->New & edit Planned audit -> Escalation email for conducting an actual audit is not generating based on weeks blocked by scheduler

A scheduler has blocked W32-W33 & W35 separately on planned audit. After publish, the escalation email is generating only for W32-W33. its failed to send for W35
