Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as BOSS admin
2.Expand BOSS-Setup menu
3.Click on Internal OR External Categories link
4.Click on Add button
5.Enter the Internal or External category name
6.Click on Save buttton

Description

Internal and External Categories-> The user could not save newly added category. Error message displayed as "Error processing request" when click on save button
