Part Equipment Mapping: Search Functionality is not working in Inspector(s) List

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Setup Tab and Click on Part-Equipment Mapping Menu
5.Select any of the PI and Click on Add Button and Create a Equipment
6.Now Click on the "Inspector(s)" Column and type any of the Listed Name in the Search Box in the Operators/Inspectors Lists and Press Enter Button
7.Observe the Results

Observation: By Entering the already Name and Pressing the Enter Button it shows "No Data Found"
