1. Login to APQP
2. Select a project
3. Enable MDR and set route
4. Convert the draft to document
5. Login as approver
6. Reject the document
7. Login as PM/Resource
8. Check for the document view in the deliverable info

MDR document rejection- Enable Draft review, then reject the converted document showing duplicate record in deli info,thereby not able to approve revised OP
