Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Click on Add button
7. Enter the data for Functions and Requirements
8. Connect Parent Element(P1) with Child Element(P2)
9. Click on DFMEA
10.Give the details of Failure, Effect and Cause for Parent Element(P1)
11.Click on Requirement Menu
12.Select Requirement and click on Delete button
13.Click on Failures Tree
14.Observe the Result

Description

Failure Tree & EFC Tree--> When a Requirement field is deleted from the Requirement Menu, the alignment between the Function and Failure is not good.
