Steps To Reproduce:

After fixing Bug #22749 ->LPA : Admin Audit Status Widget & Auditee Audit Status Widget -> Upload NC/OFI Button should not allow to click for admin and auditee

In previous versions, the system will display the alert like" Please fill audit status" while clicking on Upload NC &OFI button. Now Audit status update is not mandatory. So system allowing to open NC or ofi creation page
