Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on Design VDA -> Failure Analysis

3.Select a PI -> Right click on the PI and Select Add Function

4.Add a function and then add Failure to that function

5.Now right click on the function and select Add Requirement and observe the error
