openBlock Diagram - Elements added from Add/Remove Elements popoup is not displayed in Block diagram.

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as FST Module administrator
2.Click on Main from Actions menu and Select any PI
3.Select Architectural/Block Diagram and click on Add/Remove Elements button
4.Add/Remove the elements from the hierarchy and click done button
5.Observe the Diagram
6.Again click on the Add/Remove Elements button and observe the elements
