Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to Aqua Pro module.
2. Create a production item ans select DFMEA document
3. Create a new row and enter all required details
4. Right click and select "Reconcile with Project Planner Task".
=> Error message - "Responsibility/Target Date field values of Action item is missing" is displayed

Description

Unable to perform aqua reconcile with APQP task.
Error message - "Responsibility/Target Date field values of Action item is missing" is displayed, even though the data is available.
