Steps To Reproduce:

1.Go to Boss and click goals and objectives from the interested party
2.Then select other entity which is copied by selecting entity icon you can choose other entity
3.Then select expectation category dropdown
Observe the result

Description

1.Deploy Goals and objectives Page - When copied to another entity the expectation category is shown which is not copied(after fixing #20919)
2.Double scroll down is present in select users page
3.When copy to the position, by selecting the dropdown it shows undefined. Refer screenshot
4.Copied through user and positions are not working
5.while after selecting the user and position, the add button is not showing in goals and objectives page
