Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as module admin & Select the module as MSA pro
2. Click on Internal lab inspection menu
3. Select gage and click on new button
4. Click on attach icon(Requester details Attach)
5. Click on Attach from doc pro tab
6. Select the attachment
7. Click on save button
8. Observe the alert
