1. Login to FST
2. Select a PI
3. Add a new row
4. Enter requirement, no Alert message getting

Description

While adding requirement without entering function an alert message is needed.
Current behavior is:
After adding new VOC row the alert is showing only after refresh.(refer Screenshot)
