HARA - While creating a new operational Situation, system allows to enter E1 and E2 values directly without any alert.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST Module administrator

2.Click on HARA menu and then select the PI

3.Click on the Operational Situation button

4.Insert a new row and Add new Operational Situation

5.Click on the Exposure dropdown and select the E1 and E2 values

6.Observe the Prompt message and behavior

Description

Also it is allowed to use in the HARA and FSR also.

In Operational Situation page it works fine.
