R9->Internal lab inspection details is not refreshing whenever change the lab name from one lab to another lab .Due to this non incharge person able to complete the study.Please refer screenshot

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Inspection
2. Click on Internal lab inspection menu
3. Click on New button & Select the lab name
4. Observe the Inspetion lab detail
5. Change the lab Name
6. Observe the Inspetion lab detail type field is hidden or not hidden
