Doc Template and Doc Settings: Dependency is not checked when removing the element from document template

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Click on Doc Template

2.Add elements and save

3.Click on doc pro settings

4.Document type option: Select the elements for the document type

5.Now remove the elements from Document template

6.System allows to remove in doc template and the same element is automatically removed from Doc pro settings.

Need to restrict that
