R9->Once the Internal lab inspection details is saved, then system should not allow to select Lab name .Need to Restrict to select lab name after clicking on save button.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as a module admin
2. Click on Internal Inspection menu
3. Click on New button
4. Enter all details & Click on save button
5. Click on gage link
5. Observe the Lab Name dropdown field
