Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as auditor
2) Click on perform audit
3) Upload audit record
4) In Fill checklist page upload NC against a checkpoint and specify Failure category and reason
5) Now right click on Status to view the Uploaded Findings against the checkpoint
6) observe the Upload NC/OFI screen
