Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on any menu and then select the PI

3.Select Voice of Customer and click on Add button

4.Add Function and Requirement

5.Now right click or select the checkbox for that row and click on Delete option

6.Observe the Message

7.Now refresh the page and observe the Deleted row

Description

• After adding a Function and Requirement in a newly added row, and then without refreshing selecting the Delete option system shows the message as Deleted successfully. But on refreshing it is not deleted.

• Issue occurs in FST also
