Steps To Reproduce:

1)login as user having only audit pro administrator access rights without module admin rights
2)click on setup tab
3)click on "Customized email messages"
4)check/uncheck all the email messages and click save
5)observe the result "displays access denied"

Error message displaying as "Access Denied" For the user only having Group access rights but without module admin rights
