When language is changed in Settings the same is not reflecting in settings ->Administrator settings.(Missed by QA)

Steps To Reproduce:

1) Login as administración
2) Click on settings on RHS top corner of screen
3) Change the language to Chinese
4) After refresh Navigate to admin settings
5) Observe the displayed language there

Description

When language is changed in Settings the same is not reflecting in settings ->Administrator settings.

This issue will not make any impact but if it is fixed its good so reported

this is not an issue....changed language will reflect in preferences not in administrator settings(which is default language)
