Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Click on PDF templates
3.Create a template with header, footer
4.Insert approvers, approver 1 name ,approver 2 name in cover page
5.Go to Doc pro
6.Map the template with the folder
7.Request a document
8.Approve the doc
9.Check the document in TOC
10.Select the document and view it in Print PDF

ISsue is with header size , when the header size is more than the header border, then it wont come in the document
when the include signature is not checked when creating routes, then those approvers are not listed in document
