Social Media Layout in IC Module: "JS Error" was Occured while Maximize & Minimize the Main & Security Definitions Menus(Now when clicking on security definitions menu, the button is not displayed,due to that cant able to navigate to some other page)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EWQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module with Social Media Layout
4.Select more options from the Quick Links
5.Then Select the Main Menu, Maximize & Minimize the Window
6.Now Select the Security Definitions Menu, Maximize & Minimize the Window
7.Observe the Results

Observation: Whenever we Maximizing & Minimizing the Windows for Main Menu & Security Definitions Menu, the "JS Error" was Occurring
