Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD Module administrator

2.Click on any menu and then select the PI

3.Select Voice of Customer and Click Add button

4.Add 2 rows and add data

5.Now right click on header and select Create column

6.Create a new column and save the layout

7.Again right click on the header and select Insert column

8.Try to insert any existing columns and observe the result
