1.Login to ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS_2
2.Login as user
3.Go to problem solver module
4.Now go to actions→ intial evaluation completed
5.Click on a concern
6.Click on 8D form
7.Open concern form link (8D)
8.Click on comments under implement permanent corrective action
9.Enter data,close the form
10.save the concern
11.Now go back to actions→ intial evaluation completed
12.Clcik on the concern
13.Open the 8D form
14.Observe result
