closedPrograms Page -> Wrong alert message displayed on top of the page when i try to save with "Schedule Finish Date is less than Schedule Start Date". But alert is showing blow Schedule Finish Date.

Programs Page -> Wrong alert message displayed on top of the page when i try to save with "Schedule Finish Date is less than Schedule Start Date". But alert is showing blow Schedule Finish Date.
Expected: The alert message should be displayed as "Finish date should be greater than Start Date, Please specify it" on top of the page instead of "Please fill the mandatory fields"
