Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Click on Set up
3.Select Classification, Category Master & Management Systems Master menu
4.Click on Add on ( Classification, Category Master & Management Systems Master)
5.The pop up should say the mandatory fields through the indication ( red astrick )
