Part Equipment Mapping: Can't able to Delete and Edit the Created Equipments

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Click on Setup Tab and Goto Part-Equipment Mapping Menu
5.Select any of the PI and Click on Add Button and Create a Equipment
6.Now Select the Created Equipment and Click on Delete Button and also Edit Button
7.Click on OK Button for Delete
8.Now Edit the Equipment by Selecting from the given options in Dropdown List and Save
9.Observe the Results

Observation: 1.By Deleting the Created Equipment its showing a Pop-Up Message as "Dependency exist data cannot deleted"
2.By Editing the Equipment Column & Saving its showing a Pop-Up Message as "Parent Production Item data cannot be deleted/updated"
