Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on Requirement
6. Select the Requirement from the list.
7. Click on Delete button
8. Observe the Result
9. Click on Refresh button
10.Observe the Result

Description
Requirement-->Select the created Requirement and then click into Delete button. System will display delete successfully alert, once the page was refreshed. Deleted Requirement showing in the list.
