External lab ->Phone number ->Cascade DB user use special character(like (),+,-) & they give some space between two numbers. So no need to restrict special character & space

1.Login as a module admin & select the module as MSA pro
2.Click on External lab menu
3.Click on new
4.Enter special character in phone number field
5.Observe the alert
