VOC- Auto Refresh is not working after adding a new row in VOC( refer Desc)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to RFD/FST
2.Select A PI and select VOC
3. Add a row
4. enter the details without refreshing the page and enable review,select route and submit

Description

After Adding New row in VOC, entered the Function requirement. Page is not refreshing automatically hence facing below issues

1.Draft is showing ?,! icon
2.It is not showing the Requirement/Tag Name on selecting row and enable review
3.The selected route is not saving after clicking submit

All these works after manual refresh only.
