closedAqua Multiple Review Approval page does not display all desired fields

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login to EwQIMS and navigate to APQP Module
2. Add a Project and add a task to it
3. Attach an Aqua document and set MDR approval
4. Publish the Aqua document
5. Login as approver and click on the draft for approval
=> Below fields that are displayed for normal documents are not displayed for Aqua draft approval:
a. Project Name
b. Task Name
c. Planned Review % or Date
d. Scheduled Start Date
e. Scheduled Finish Date

Aqua Multiple Review Approval page does not display below fields that are displayed for normal documents:
