Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator

2.Click on AQuA Pro Tab and click on Design VDA menu

3.Select Failure Analysis and add Risk and Optimization for a cause

4.Click on Severity and Occurrence value and click Done button

5.Observe the result

• Severity/Detection/Occurrence dropdown does not show any value.

• For Process VDA it is showing differently.
