Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login in RFD Module as Module Administrator
2. Click the Main Menu.
3. Click on the PI Tab select the PI
4. Click on the RFD Tab
5. Click on VOC
6. Click on Add button
7. Again click on Add button
8. Observe the Number field
9. Click on Requirement from RFD tab
10. Click on Add button
11. Observe the Result

Description

VOC: When clicking Add button, Numbering Function is reapting the same Number for the created field.

This issue also in Requirement.

VOC-->Created Requirement are saved as same number in Requirement page.
